Delete your Yaralawa account
Yaralawa is published by Azyntra.
Deleting it from the app
- Open Yaralawa and sign in.
- Go to More.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Read what is deleted and what your school keeps, type DELETE to confirm, then press Delete my account.
It takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacy@yaralawa.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from that same address, because otherwise anyone could close somebody else's account by writing to us.
What is deleted
- Your sign in. You will not be able to sign in again with that email address.
- Your access to every school. Any child or class you can see now will no longer be visible to you on any device.
- Your name and email address, removed from this account's record.
What your school keeps, and why
- Your child's school record, including marks, timetable and attendance. That belongs to the school, not to this app, and deleting your account does not delete your child.
- Work you did in the app, such as marks you entered as a teacher. It stays in the school's records and is no longer linked to your name.
Schools must keep education records for a period set by law, and we cannot waive a duty that is the school's rather than ours. To ask a school to erase what it holds about you or your child, contact that school's office directly. Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act you may also make a request to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@yaralawa.com, and the outcome will be recorded and explained to you.

යෙදුම විවෘත කර තව වෙත ගොස් මගේ ගිණුම මකන්න තෝරන්න. යෙදුම ඔබ සතුව නොමැති නම්, ඔබගේ ගිණුමේ ඊමේල් ලිපිනයෙන් privacy@yaralawa.com වෙත ලියන්න. ඔබගේ පිවිසුම සහ සියලු පාසල් වෙත ප්රවේශය මකා දැමේ. ලකුණු සහ පැමිණීම ඇතුළු ඔබගේ දරුවාගේ පාසල් වාර්තාව නීතියෙන් නියම කළ කාලයක් සඳහා පාසල සතුව පවතී.

செயலியைத் திறந்து மேலும் சென்று எனது கணக்கை நீக்கு என்பதைத் தேர்வுசெய்யவும். செயலி உங்களிடம் இல்லையெனில், உங்கள் கணக்கின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியிலிருந்து privacy@yaralawa.com க்கு எழுதுங்கள். உங்கள் பதிவும் எல்லாப் பாடசாலைகளுக்குமான அணுகலும் நீக்கப்படும். புள்ளிகள், வருகை உட்பட உங்கள் பிள்ளையின் பாடசாலைப் பதிவு, சட்டத்தால் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட காலத்திற்குப் பாடசாலையிடம் இருக்கும்.
